We really do `have your back` with our 5-year warranty, Free A+Care cover and accidental damage program, but we also want you to feel secure when buying, so although our wheels are `built to order` our cancellations, return and exchange policies have been developed to give you complete peace of mind when buying your Aeroc performance bike wheels.

How to cancel your order before your confirmed build date
Cancelling an order before your confirmed build date: Easy, just email us with your order number, confirming you want to cancel and we`ll do the rest.
How to exchange your order after collection or delivery
Just email us confirming you want to exchange within 14-days of the collection or delivery date, let us know the wheels you now want, return your order, and on acceptance, your new wheels will be hand-built for you. Your exchanged order should be returned to your original Master wheel builder or to Aeroc team services if delivery was chosen. Please note: A returns label will be supplied and this must be included with your returning order.
Please note: Any change in cost must be paid by the customer before delivery or collection of the new wheels. If a cheaper option is chosen, we will refund the difference within 30-days. The 14-day exchange offer does not include our clearance wheels. Terms Apply*
Terms Apply*: We are unable to accept a return or refund request for any order that has been misused, abused or in the sole discretion of our Master wheel builder centre or Aeroc team services, is not in a saleable condition. The returned order must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition including all components and any extras supplied must be returned at the same time. We do not accept liability for any return that is lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you fully insure all returns when using a courier service. You must email us and receive a returns label and returns information sheet before returning any order. The 14-day exchange offer does not cover 'custom' built orders, orders that have used a discount code or clearance wheels. Products fitted by your Master wheel builder including ancillary products required for full ready-to-ride and products supplied extra and fitted by your wheel builder is not covered by our 14-day exchange offer and will only be refunded or exchanged under the individual policies of the independent wheel building business. The wheel building business has the right to charge for removing or exchanging products fitted to the wheels. Your Master wheel builder will NOT accept any return without an authorised returns label. Our exchange policy can only be used once per order, once exchanged, another exchange is not possible.
Please note: Our wheels are `made to order` and our policies are Extra to Your Statutory Rights and they are not affected by our policies.
